We are seeking an ITCommunications and Engagement Specialist to be a key member of theteam, to manage our internal channels and lead on a number ofengagement activities, ensuring our IT initiatives and achievementsare widely understood and celebrated across theorganization.
Your key responsibilities will beto: Develop and execute internal communication initiativesthat effectively convey the value and impact of our digital agenda andpeople.nContribute to the IT Change and Communications culture andbrand identity program, with a particular focus on talent andrecognition.nCreate engaging content, including articles, newsletters,presentations, and videos, that highlights our IT achievements andongoing projects.nManage our key communication channels, providingongoing evaluation and recommendations to improve the audienceexperience.nOrganize and coordinate events and forums to foster asense of community and open dialogue within the ITfunction. YOU'RE GOOD ATnBeing proactive, curious and astrong team player.nCrafting clear, compelling communications tailoredto various internal audiences, promoting transparency and engagementwith the IT Function's goals and initiatives.nCollaborating with ITleaders and teams to capture and share stories of innovation, success,and lessons learned.nMeasuring the effectiveness of communicationstrategies and adjust based on feedback and engagementmetrics.nChampioning a culture of continuous learning andcollaboration, encouraging feedback and participation from all levelsof the organization.nProven track record in internal communications,corporate communications, or a related field.nExceptional writing,editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distiltechnical concepts into clear, engaging messages.nStrongorganizational and project management skills, with the ability tomanage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.nCreativethinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion forstorytelling and building community.nExperience managing communicationchannels using content management tools like HubSpot and SharePoint,with a keen eye for design. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &QUALIFICATIONS)nA bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism,Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.n3+ years ofexperience in an internal communications role, preferably within an ITor technology-focused environment.nExperience designing andimplementing successful communication and engagementinitiatives.nWorking knowledge of technology and digital communicationtools, with a keen interest in the latest digital trends andinnovations.nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, globalenvironment, alongside team members and stakeholders. YOU'LLWORK WITHnInnovators, leaders, builders and advisors across the ITFunction. As well as our key strategic partners in HR and Finance.
