Youll be stepping into a company with innovative and ambitious growth plans, and youll play a role where you are expected to contribute to the daily operation and maintenance of the plant What does a day look like? Operating and monitoring AD plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Conducting routine inspections, sampling and acting on results of the samples. Conducting routine and non-routine maintenance. Monitoring and analysing process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates using SCADA systems. Troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintaining accurate records of plant operations, including production data and maintenance logs. Collaborating with team members to optimise plant performance and identify areas for improvement. Participating in training programs and staying current with advancements in AD technology. Requirements: Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in the whisky, renewable energy or waste management industry. Strong understanding of SCADA systems and equipment. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to AD plant operations. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed Interested?
