Are you passionate about delivering excellent financial support to both external and internal clients, ensuring financial information is prepared and issued within company requirements?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Officer to join our growing fast-paced finance team based at Kingston Park.
As a Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role within our finance team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing annual service charge budgets and year end accounts ensuring accurate client invoicing. Full time (37 hrs Monday to Friday)
Permanent contract
Experience of providing financial services within a customer focused environment.
Ability to discuss financial accounting matters with Property Managers and external accountants.
Strong Excel skills are required.
Knowledge of financial management systems and procedures.
28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
