A Day in The Life
Were seeking a professional and dedicated Lettings Manager in a dynamic environment
youll support the team of Senior & Junior negotiators, manage individual & collective targets set, build your network in the local area to further improve market share, along with nurturing your own lettings pipeline. Youll be the first point of contact to ensure the team is supported, offering a hand with particular lets/listings where needed. Strong communication, proactivity, and adaptability are key to thriving in this exciting role.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily running of the lettings team, ensuring smooth & efficient operation.
Lead & motivate a team of negotiators to hit targets and deliver exceptional service.
Develop and implement strategies to attract landlords & tenants, optimising occupancy rates and rental yields.
Manage landlord and tenant relationships, resolving any issues or disputes promptly and professionally.
Monitor the market, adapting plans to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with other branches to maximise cross-selling opportunities and enhance overall business performance.
Skills & Attributes
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Manager role.
Possession of a Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle.
In-depth knowledge of the Stanmore and surrounding areas lettings market.
Strong track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective lettings strategies.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using relevant software for property management/lettings.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the property industry.
Hours of Work
8:45am
6.30pm: Monday
Friday
Saturday working (1 off per month)
Lieu day back during a week that a Saturday is worked.
