We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience to join our team.

Transform business pain points into requirements
Develop business requirements documents, including non-functional aspects
Produce process maps and perform gap analysis
Understand and document technical business needs
Configure products per business requirements
Format raw data for RPA platforms
Resolve testing blockers with workarounds or fixes
Bridge Business and technical teams to align developments with business needs
Support Technical Delivery Team and UX in prototypes and change requests
Extensive experience as a Technical Business Analyst
Proficient in RPA tools (Microsoft Power Platform, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
Business Requirements Analysis
Expertise in Use Cases, User Stories, Product Backlogs, MOSCOW Prioritization, Process Mapping, Screen Mock-ups, and Sprint Planning
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Business-driven with excellent communication skills
