Position: Cover Supervisor - Secondary PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) Location: Chorley School Type: Secondary PRU for pupils with SEMH and behaviour needs Start Date: 22/1/24 Daily Rate of Pay: £90 - £110 Are you a dedicated and passionate educator ready to make a positive impact in the lives of students facing SEMH and behaviour challenges? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor for a dynamic secondary PRU in Chorley. Key Responsibilities: Covering a Range of Subjects: As a Cover Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to cover a variety of subjects, including English, maths, and science. Adaptability and a strong educational background are crucial. Management of Challenging Behaviour: The successful candidate must be adept at managing challenging behaviour effectively, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: Education Background: A relevant educational background is essential, and previous experience working in a PRU or similar setting is highly desirable. Behaviour Management Skills: Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour in a constructive and supportive manner. Flexibility: Willingness to cover various subjects and adapt to the unique needs of the students.
