Premises Security: Oversee the security of the premises and its contents.
Open and close the academy as required, including mornings, evenings, and other agreed times.
Grounds Management: Keep the academy grounds clean by clearing litter, managing waste, and ensuring bins are regularly emptied.
Report any defects, trespassers, or nuisances to the Facilities Manager or Assistant Facilities Manager.
Contractor Monitoring: Supervise contractors and visitors to ensure security and proper conduct.
Consumable Management: Replace and repair consumables such as locks and light bulbs.
Furniture and Equipment Handling: Store, move, and set up furniture and equipment for various events.
Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with additional duties as required by the Facilities Manager or senior staff.

Performance Management:

Actively participate in the academy’s Performance Management process.

Training: Comprehensive training will be provided on all in-house systems.
Building Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with building operations is beneficial but not essential.
Professional Development: Stay updated on developments in your area and show commitment to your own professional growth.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to current health and safety policies and statutory requirements.
