Ciphr has a new opportunity for a Head of Quality Assurance. Flexibility is key so this role can be based anywhere within the UK if you are happy to attend ad hoc meetings. We also have an office in Reading, Berkshire that all Ciphr employees are welcome to utilise.

The role is remote within the UK but require occasional travel for meetings.

See below the daily tasks of a Head of Quality Assurance:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure the quality of our software products.
• Manage a team of quality assurance engineers and influence the development team to provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer support, to ensure that quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Define, document, and implement testing processes, standards, and procedures that adhere to industry best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with product management to ensure that product requirements are clear, testable, and achievable, and that quality is built into the product from the beginning.
