Vouch is looking for a Senior Performance Executive to join the heart of the company as part of a close-knit team of digital specialists who are committed to helping their clients with whatever they need to grow their business.

The Senior Performance Executive is responsible for leading the strategy and efficient day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting client’s target KPIs.

We are a fast-growing, full-service digital marketing agency working with global brands, looking for an experienced PPC Account Manager on a permanent basis.

As a Senior Performance Executive you will be responsible for understanding the business objectives of our clients and translating these into effective control of paid budgets, strategies, and execution.

This role reports into the Senior Performance Manager, working closely with the account management team. You will be coming from an executive role or already a senior performance executive.

Ongoing campaign monitoring and optimisation
Bid budget management
Collaboration with Client Account Managers and Head of Performance on driving account growth
Campaign Reporting, Analysis and Communication of Performance

Knowledge of Paid Social & Paid Search Platforms (particularly Tik Tok, Google Ads, Ads Editor, Google Merchant Centre, Microsoft Ads, and Bid Management technology)
~ Optimise campaign budget allocation based on CPA, ROI, ROAS and other data signals
~ Experience with building and/or maintaining Google Data Studio reports
~ Monitor brand health and analyse competitive landscape
~ Perform daily account optimisations and identify any performance issues or opportunities
~ An understanding of the fundamentals of Google Analytics for tracking performance of ecommerce / conversion campaigns
~ Tik Tok Ads Manager and PPC knowledge a bonus.


Experience in Paid Social, preferably from a high-growth e-commerce brand or agency
Excellent level of written English and highly numerate
Ability to effectively communicate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent organisation and time management
Strong proposal writing skills, and able to produce high-quality documents
Work with Account Managers and external teams to execute creative campaigns which are consistent with the overall marketing roadmap and brand
