- Salary dependent on experience
- Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of the fleet, including scheduled checks, repairs, and replacements of parts.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the vehicles or plant, and provide solutions for repair.
- Manage the inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and perform risk assessments for maintenance activities.
- Record and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including parts replaced, costs, and time taken.
- Provide guidance and support to other members of the team on maintenance and repair issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Full driving license and willingness to travel to various locations as required
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk assessment procedures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
