Liaise with clients, contractors and other stake holders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
Prepare detailed drawings, plans and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
Review building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with legal requirements
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design projects
Participate in the construction administration process, including reviewing contractor submittals and conducting site inspections
Keep accurate records and documentation of project details and progress
A minimum of 5 years post graduate experience
Passion for architecture and design, and a desire to learn and develop
Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
