Service Engineer (Medical)

Are you a motivated and self-sufficient Service Engineer ? Experienced working with equipment and machinery in the medical industry?

VANRATH are recruiting for a Service Engineer to assist our client in the service and maintenance of fixed and mobile medical equipment both in the filed and also in a workshop environment.

Remuneration:
Starting salary of £36,000 to £41,000pa
Plus package
Access to Fleet Vehicles as required
Room for growth

Main Responsibilities
* Completion of repairs in line with method sheets and/or repair manuals
* Achieving customer satisfaction by working to a minimum productivity requirement
* Completing tasks associated with the daily operation of the Technical Services division
* Product assembly, refurbishment, disassembly, repair, and testing processes
* Quality inspection checks throughout the repair process
* Administrative duties relating to the repair process
* Adhering to the expectations of the Technical Services division
* Health & Safety responsibility as defined in the company's Health & Safety Policy
* Development and Involvement with Connectivity Solutions for the Current product portfolio

The Ideal Person:

  • Third level qualification in Biomedical/Electronic Engineering or similar field
  • 2 years experience in service/maintenance engineering
  • Full UK Drivers License
