Missions

Nous recherchons, afin de renforcer l’équipe de notre client, un Lead Test et Validation.

Vous êtes le garant des bonnes pratiques de test. Vous coordonnez les activités de la cellule test, pilotez et participez à la réalisation des cas de tests, des scénarios de tests et des campagnes de test. Vous participez aux correctifs et évolutions fonctionnelles en collaboration avec les référents applicatifs et les chefs de projets.

Activités principales :
  • Organisation de la cellule test
  • Amélioration continue des stratégies de test
  • Définition et pilotage de la stratégie d’automatisation des tests et de l’industrialisation des activités de tests
  • Pilotage des activités de test
  • Analyse et évaluation des exigences métiers pour créer les données de tests et écrire les procédures de validation
  • Exécution des cas de tests, soit manuellement, soit en utilisant les outils d’automatisations de tests
  • Réalisation des remontées détaillées des anomalies et veiller à leur incorporation au backlog
  • Validation des versions pour les mises en production
  • Amélioration continue du pipeline d’intégration et de livraison en collaboration avec le DevOps de la Division
  • Accompagnement des référents applicatifs lors des UAT avec les interlocuteurs des directions métiers
  • Participation aux réunions périodiques (COPRO, COPIL, réunions d’équipe, …
  • Collaborer avec les services transverses et les chefs de projets fonctionnels
Compétences
  • Certification ISTQB (à minima niveau Fondation)
  • Compétences techniques :
    • Connaissance avancée des outils de gestion et d’automatisation des tests et de suivi des anomalies (idéalement SQUASH, Katalon, Neoload, et RedMine)
    • Connaissance avancée des pratiques de tests UI
    • Connaissance avancée des pratiques de test backoffice, API et webservices
    • Rédaction de cas de tests et de cas d’utilisations
    • Rédactions d’exigences et critères d’acceptances
    • Connaissance avancée des pratiques et outils d’intégration continue (idéalement Jenkins, Gitlab)
    • Connaissance avancée des technologies et architectures logicielles
    • Connaissance avancée d’au moins un des langages suivants : javascript, Python ou Java
    • Connaissance avancée en SQL
  • Maîtrise de l’outil informatique bureautique et collaboratif
  • Une expérience confirmée en développement logiciel est souhaitée

Profil
  • Bac +5 issu d’un cursus informatique/numérique ou en développement de logiciel
  • 5 ans et plus dans le domaine des tests logiciels
  • 2 ans minimum en gestion de projet et responsable d’équipe
  • Anglais professionnel obligatoire, niveau avancé souhaité
