Job Description
  • Provide a key role in ensuring that patients with a range of presenting conditions receive an outstanding service including assessment, treatment, and signposting to other clinical areas should this be best for the patient
  • Be a key lead and support for the paediatric and wider outpatient & inpatient physiotherapy team – advocating for our service and expertise as well as providing innovation to deliver the service in the most effective way
  • Show good governance of the paediatric pathways including embedding service user engagement and patient led outcomes in all your care
  • Supervise students and junior members of staff where necessary, and on occasions deputise for the Band 6 Physiotherapist
Requirements
  • Previous experience of multidisciplinary working and discharge planning within acute inpatient setting, ideally medical and / or older persons
  • Be heavily involved in turning user stories into testable, maintainable and high-quality code. This is a hands-on code design and coding role
  • Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team delivering our messaging experience to businesses around the world
  • Promote and share knowledge for improvement of methodologies and best practices
  • Close-knitted collaboration with equally passionate team members having fun at work and feeling proud that you are a key part of creating world-class solutions for customer engagement
