This role involves working in a specialized setting, providing support to children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Key Responsibilities: Support the classroom teacher in delivering tailored educational programs for children with SEMH, ADHD, and Autism. Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Provide one-on-one support and group interventions as needed. Monitor and report on the progress and behavior of students. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child.Qualifications and Experience: Prior experience working with children with SEMH, ADHD, and Autism in a special needs setting.
