Job Description As an Internal Communications Executive , you will work on a wide range of communication projects across the group and will be responsible for developing, shaping and delivering internal communications to inspire and engage colleagues across Together.
As an Internal Communications Executive, we are looking for someone to:
Act as a cooperative point of contact for internal communication and engagement needs
Develop, shape and deliver engaging communications that make a real difference to colleagues
Engage colleagues to take part in the recognition programme
Own the Intranet keeping it maintained, updated and current in its content
Through measurement, feedback and analysis, continuously improve and enhance the reputation, experience, function and capacity of internal communications
Experience in a communication role
The ability to be creative in a commercial environment
Experience supporting web and social media platforms
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong digital creative skills - basic design skills
Event planning experience
Marketing campaign planning
