We're on the hunt for a talented HR Advisor to become a valued member of our team at the bustling hub of Cardiff Bay headquarters. This role offers a hybrid work model, with a requirement for 50% of your week to be spent in the office.

As an HR Advisor at Creditsafe Group, you will be crucial in supporting the organisation's day-to-day HR activity, acting as a key point of contact for employees and management and working closely with individuals, teams, managers, and key stakeholders to continuously develop organisation and people capability. This is an exciting role where you will also be encouraged to get involved with various strategic HR projects and exciting initiatives throughout the employee life cycle.
Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with managers to develop and implement effective performance management strategies, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
• Support HR people with insights and reporting, analysing trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Play an active role in HR projects and initiatives; such as employee engagement, well-being diversity and inclusion, and organisational capability & development.
• You should be qualified to at least a Level 5 CIPD qualification and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing a wide variety of HR-related matters. (Proficient with the full Microsoft suite, experienced using HR information systems (HRIS), and technically savvy in using other computer applications.
