Job Description

The real estate department in London is undergoing expansion and are in search of an ambitious Real Estate Partner to join their welcoming and dynamic team based in London.

This position is ideal for an individual who excels in generating business and building relationships, someone who relishes the opportunity to shape the team's future.

The Duties:

  • Real Estate Partners are often responsible for generating new business opportunities for the firm. This involves networking, building relationships with clients and potential clients, and promoting the firm's real estate services.
  • Oversee client relationships, ensuring that clients receive high-quality service and that their needs are met effectively.
  • Handle complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing agreements, financing arrangements, and development projects.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, conduct due diligence, and provide legal advice throughout the transaction process.
  • Provide training and educational resources to clients on relevant legal issues and developments in the real estate industry, helping them make informed decisions and navigate complex legal matters.
  • Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm, such as tax, finance, and litigation, to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

About You

  • The firm seek someone with a robust client base or referral network, possessing the ambition and networking prowess to expand our London real estate practice.
  • A diverse background encompassing both investment and development work is preferred, ideally with experience in a City firm
  • A minimum 9 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
