Monitoring project costs at different stages to ensure they remain within the estimated budget. Key Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to make timely and appropriate decisions. Analytical and forward-thinking mindset. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and secure further work opportunities. Good understanding of the building process, construction materials, and current market conditions and rates. Methodical, conscientious, and organized, with a commitment to high standards. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel.
