Are you a graduate with a degree in business/data analysis or similar? Are you a whizz with systems and programmes such as MS Excel, PowerBI orPython?
We are seeking a junior Business Development Analyst for a repeat client in the Feltham area who arealeading airline company, servicing more than 500 worldwide destinationsThis role is pivotal in optimising the company's digital footprint, supporting the development and usage of online booking portals, and promoting other online services in line with their e-Policy. The successful candidate will play a lead role in the e-Freight project and e-Strategy, working closely with central and local teams to enhance the digital customer journey and maximize revenue. This isa 1-yearfixed term contract for a Digital Business Development Analyst,working Monday-Friday from9a until 5pm.
Collect, integrate, and analyse online usage data, presenting findings in a clear and comprehensible manner.
Drive improvements based on data analysis and coordinate actions with relevant departments.
Monitor and analyse digital channel performance and e-revenues, steering towards optimal online customer usage.
Develop and present performance insights to stakeholders.
Manage e-Booking portal updates, communications, and training.
Support mail and phone system management, ensuring system functionality and stability.
Develop customer-specific plans in collaboration with the Commercial team to realize e-Business potential.
Enhance relationships with existing and potential customers, promoting the benefits of digital tools.
Universitydegree in Business Analysis or similar (essential).
Hands-on experience with business analysis with advanced experience using MS Excel, Python and/or PowerBI (essential).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and opportunities.
Proven project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication & relationship building abilities.
