Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, enhance capabilities, and manage performance.
Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in building relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Client Management: Business Requirements & Testing: Solid understanding of business requirements management and testing processes.
Financial Services Knowledge: Experience in fund administration, transfer agency, or investment management with a deep understanding of complex operations and regulations.
A high-quality degree and a professional Change Management/Project Technical Skills:
Software Knowledge: Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and Excel macros.
Experience in large-scale cloud migrations and data sharing.
Operational Reconciliation: Experience in fund accounting and reconciliation with third parties.
Compliance and Risk Management:
