Field Operations Management: Coordinate and manage field operations, including drilling, completion, production, and well intervention activities. Oversee equipment installation, testing, and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
# Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve operational issues and optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improvements based on field data and feedback.
# Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret field data to monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards in all field activities. Implement risk mitigation measures and emergency response protocols to minimize incidents and accidents.
# Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries and project updates. Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Previous experience working in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on field operations and engineering. Strong technical knowledge of oil and gas production systems, equipment, and processes. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights. Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance in all aspects of field operations.
