The High Voltage Service unit is responsible for the worldwide after sales support of generator circuit-breaker (GCB) systems and gas insulated switchgears (GIS), including training, installation and commissioning, scheduled maintenance, added value services, troubleshooting, extensions, retrofits, and replacements.

As a highly experienced Quality Manager your role will include the following duties:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, such as the Cost of Poor Quality
Facilitate group discussions to identify and address quality issues. Ensure the smooth operation of the local QMS, which outlines the organization's approach to maintaining quality standards
Utilize specific software like ADONIS and xECM for process mapping and documentation
Training internal Stakeholders on Quality topics
NCR Management
Implement/maintain local Quality Management Systems
Manage Customer NPS Surveys and Customer Complaints
Handle Site Quality Plans
As a highly experienced Quality Manager your background and experience will include the following:
E xpected to communicate on quality assurance standards. P roficient in computer skills, to create presentations, analyze data in spreadsheet programs and create informational materials to distribute to company employees.
Understanding of legal standards: Must adhere to Hitachi Energy specific legal standards for production and processes. Knowledge of quality control procedures: Embracing and imparting Hitachi Energy quality standards for HV Service
Data analysis: Experience in identifying quality issues or opportunities for improvement based on data analysis and research.
