Job Description

We are recruiting for a Project Manager to cover a maternity leave. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the job holder will help to shape, innovate and implement the agreed strategy for Mobilize Beyond Automotive in the UK across all channels to drive acquisition of new customers and engage with existing customers. The job holder will be responsible for managing several projects from idea generation and innovation through to build of BP and market analysis, working in collaboration with stakeholders and agencies to deliver on time and on budget.

What you will do:

  • Act as main point of contact for several Mobilize projects, specifically: Deployment of energy and mobility services entering into the UK market, through customer and market sector research to support and develop agreed scope and functionality of products, business requirements and documentation through to analysing ROI
  • Own, develop and implement Mobilize services into the responsible operational areas
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to; manufacturers, Mobilize partners in UK and internationally, Legal and Compliance
  • Take overall ownership of the mobility / energy service/ in-life issues within delivery stages, making sure tasks are prioritized by balancing and championing both business and customer needs, taking appropriate escalation routes where necessary
  • Continuously identifying and engaging in activities to build awareness and advertise services and improve sustainability within both the service offering and our MFS UK working environment.

What you will have:

  • Experience in project management, delivering quality output to completion with measurable success ideally in a similar market - ideally projects in innovation phase or pre-BAU stage
  • Knowledge/awareness of new mobility and electrification services in the market and keen interest in following and absorbing information to support future strategy/innovation developments
  • Experience of creating and deploying new product or service with business plans, processes, KPIs, and reporting
  • Can multi-task across multiple timeframes - able to deliver against immediate requirements whilst planning future phases
  • Can communicate ideas, issues and solutions to a wide range of stakeholders, ranging from QA and developers to the Board
