They now seek to recruit an accomplished and ambitious Manufacturing Team Leader (days) to join their dynamic team assisting the Head of Manufacturing in ensuring operations run efficiently and manufacturing KPIs are met, developing their team and working on a range of projects concerning continuous improvement, quality and safety, whilst generally instilling a positive culture of open communication, pride, passion and excellent organisation

Previous experience in a manufacturing leader, production supervisor or shift leader role, or maybe you’re an ambitious lead operative looking to step up into more of a managerial role

* Previous experience leading, developing and motivating teams within an improvement focused manufacturing setting - assembled product preferred

* Any engineering knowledge a bonus

* Some knowledge and experience in Lean manufacturing and root cause problem solving tools advantageous

* Most importantly, we seek an enthusiastic, tenacious and results focused production leader who is keen to make a positive impact on a business whilst continuing to develop their own skill set.
