1:1 Learning Support Assistant
A Lincolnshire school is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join the team as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant. This position is designed to provide individualised support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
Individualised Support: Work closely with a child to provide personalised assistance based on their specific learning requirements.
# Academic Support: Assist children in understanding and completing class assignments and projects. Communication: Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to support each child’s learning goals.
# Behavioural Support: Implement strategies to manage and support positive behaviour and fostering a conducive learning environment.
# Progress Monitoring: Keep detailed records of the student's progress and share insights with the teaching team and parents as needed.
Relevant certifications or coursework in special education or a related field is a plus.
