Through their multiple branches our clients offers a vast range of services which include Retrofit and Energy Services, roofing, flooring, kitchen and bathroom replacements, planned and project works in painting, Passive Fire Projection, Disrepair Works, Multi-disciplinary Fabric Upgrades, and maintenance Contracts – expertly delivered through their multiple branches. As Site Manager you will be managing their kitchen and bathroom programs across Leeds – Approx 1 million per year Key responsibilities:
- Manager all subcontractors, supervisors and engineers on site
- Report to Projects Manager and Branch Manager
- Supervising all labourer and visitors on site.
- Liaising with main contractors and sub-contractors on site.
- Ensuring the package is on time against programme.
- Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance.
- Ensure the Site team adhere to the high quality of works to meet the clients’ demands.
- Ensuring the safety of all site personnel
- Monitor productivity of Site staff to ensure standard, including budget and time frame.
- Holds valid CSCS card
- Valid First Aid certificate
- Experience of working as a Site Manager on Bathroom and Kitchen Projects
- Project Manager contracts manager and
- Carry out quality checks and raise any technical issues.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance on site.
- 3 years plus experience on similar projects
- Within commutable distance of Cardiff
- Competitive Salary £35 to £45km(depending on experience)
- Excellent Package
- Car allowance up to 6k or company car
- Branch Bonus up to 20% bonus based on branch performance.
