Overview of the Available Roles

Post Titles: Sports Coach / Activity Assistant / Care Worker

Hours: Flexible, from 5 hours per week to full time hours over the summer holidays

Location: We are looking for staff in the following areas: Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes, Windsor, Slough, Reading, Bracknell Forest (see below for details)

Contract Type: Part Time

Salary: £12-£20 per hour, depending on experience & qualifications

Who Are You?

You are smart, hard-working and have an eye for detail. You ideally will have previous experience of working with children and young people in a community setting, whether that be as a sports coach, teaching assistant, care worker or activity assistant. You will already hold qualifications at a suitable level. 

 

You are detail-oriented, organised and delivery-focussed. You are thoughtful, creative and accountable. You take time to be well informed before making decisions but are unafraid to act and to be accountable for your decisions. 

 

You believe in addressing health, social and educational inequality. Our work isn’t about ‘sport for sport's sake’. We use the power of sport to address pressing issues, improving health outcomes for marginalised communities, supporting people to develop social mobility and improving education standards for those who may struggle in traditional settings.
