Workshop Engineer Salary - £25,017.Full Time Monday to Friday
Provide a workshop based engineering role repairing, servicing and maintaining wheelchairs in Surrey.
Workshop Service:
Conduct repairs servicing and maintenance as directed by the Service Centre Manager/ Warehouse Supervisor/ Line Manager.
Ensure infection control policy is followed at all times
Undertake Engineering work in terms of service and repairs, and refurbishment in accordance to prescription builds.
Adhere to the House Keeping procedure in accordance to the RCQP.
Stocktake to assist with annual and interim stocktakes as required.
Perform duties according to all Company policies, procedures and instructions.
Undertake the Workshop Engineer job in line with the Company appraisal competencies as follows:
This job description shall not limit your role as a Workshop Engineer, you will also be expected to carry out any other duties that your Manager feels are within your capabilities and skill set. Key Performance Indicators:
Neat and tidy writing
Background and experience in mechanical or electrical engineering

Full Driving Licence (Not essential)
Ideally qualified to GCSE level / NVQ level 1 or equivalent.
Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure
Training will be provided on wheelchair engineering
Trustworthy and possess a clean or appropriate DBS record
