This is a lofty mission, and our success depends on building a diverse, global team and creating an environment in which they can thrive. we foster diversity and embrace difference; We're looking for a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with our Enterprise customers, guiding them in effectively and efficiently operating Altana's platform. As a TAM, you'll be the driving force behind user adoption, product enablement, and value realization, ensuring overall customer success. You'll be our customers' champion, serving as their day-to-day relationship manager, conducting regular check-ins, and leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Assist customers with in-depth analysis to optimize their experience and results.
# Act as the first point of contact for support requests, quickly engaging the right resources to resolve issues.
# Own customer calls and Quarterly Business Reviews, leveraging data-driven insights to astonish our clients while promptly relaying valuable feedback to the appropriate teams.
# Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities, transforming them into reality.
# Collaborate with our implementation engineering team to ensure successful delivery and work closely with our sales engineering team to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
5+ years of account management experience, ideally working with a complex data platform.
# You can demonstrate a history of successfully expanding accounts year over year.
# You have a strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, allowing you to make data-informed decisions.
# You are willing to learn the fundamental concepts of data fusion and machine learning and can effectively communicate our product's value to both technical and commercial audiences.
# Your ability to establish positive relationships and influence others is a key asset, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills, balancing approachability with persistence.
# This role is based in London with hybrid work flexibility from our Holborn office.
