- Pro-actively identify suitable commercial opportunities and convert these into new strategic
- Ensure that all customer feedback is managed effectively and efficiently.
- Facilitate on-site visits from customers and become a key point of contact to develop a
- To hit and exceed your sales forecast through the effective management of your accounts.
- Develop and execute a robust business plan for each of your accounts that are in line with the
- Creation and analysis of sales / pricing reports for Head of Depts and customers.
- Manage price negotiations with customers to ensure that the business continues to remain
- Create a weighted pipeline of opportunities for both existing and new customers.
- Analysis of Key Outstanding Orders and follow up with customers where relevant.
- Feedback any business at risk through Month End Reports.
- Attend and participate in cycle meetings and present your territories performance against
- Impactful interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in Key Account Management in FMCG / Produce
