As an Accounts Administrator at PIB Group you will be responsible for supporting with the administration of the banking forms for the Treasury function, including mandates, opening and closure of bank accounts and other ad hoc forms as necessary, including liaising with the banks. This is a permanent opportunity based in our Retford office with free onsite carparking, offering a standard 35 hour working week. Hybrid working is also offered on competition of training.
We are open to accommodating various working arrangements and are happy to discuss options for part-time, full-time, job share, and flexible hours.
Complete, get approval and submit the following bank forms, mandates, opening and closure of bank accounts and other ad hoc forms where necessary.
Support the expense process including production of expense runs, user queries, and validate claims.
Ad-hoc pieces of work to support the Treasury team.
A background in Finance especially Accounts Payable.
A good level of computer literacy - Microsoft Excel and Outlook are essential.
The ability to analyse and interpret financial information.
Ie AAT
Knowledge of Treasury Management and Online Company Banking.
Travelling Staff Expenses Management.
