Job Description City of York Trading Ltd operates as a recruitment agency under brands WorkwithSchools, WorkwithYork, WorkwithYorkshire & Williams & Anthony.

Following CYT's acquisition of Williams & Anthony earlier this year, we are now seeking a Technical Recruiter to boost our team specialising in pre-construction professionals including Civil and Structural Engineers, Environmental Engineering and Surveying.

Initially this is a temporary 6 month contract, with the prospect of a permanent role.

You'll work with our existing consultants, and our extensive candidate and client database on permanent senior appointments through to entry-level positions.

You’ll manage the process from client brief to candidate placement and beyond, as a confident self-starter you’ll have a proven track record of quality service .

Supported by a strong back-office team you’ll also develop further long term client relationships.

About you:-
Recruitment experience
Technical knowledge ideally in pre-construction
Excellent influencing skills
Highly organised and self motivated
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to customer focussed service delivery at a high level
Competency based interviewing experience.
