Our client is a privately owned Agronomy business who are deeply committed to advancing sustainable farming practices and pioneering innovations in crop management. They specialise in delivering independent agronomic solutions to farmers, aimed at optimising yields while ensuring environmental conservation. We are currently in search of a dynamic and motivated Graduate who is wanting to join the business who is passionate about Agronomy. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to embark on a transformative journey in agronomy through a comprehensive 2-year training program. As a Graduate Agronomist, your key responsibilities will include collaborating closely with experienced Agronomists to review crop management plans, conducting field trials and experiments to evaluate the efficacy of various agronomic practices and products, offering expert advice to farmers on soil management, crop nutrition, and pest control, as well as staying abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in the field of agronomy.
We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for agriculture especially within Agronomy. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid driver's license and demonstrate a willingness to travel to various farm locations as required.
