Offset Architects Ltd is an RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice based in Wrotham Heath, Kent. Our practice is built around the philosophy of combining creative design with practical advice to deliver successful projects and client satisfaction. With a talented team led by 3 Directors , we provide clever architectural design, technical detailing and building advice on projects ranging from small residential to large commercial developments. The practice delivers coordinated solutions with collaborative design processes that are informative and fun.

Role Description

This is a full-time Architectural Technician role in Wrotham Heath. The successful candidate will be able to produce drawings, manage multiple projects and be happy to work alongside the project design team to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Person Profile

  • Sound knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience in residential and commercial projects
  • Good working knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
  • Able to build good working relationships with clients, consultants and colleagues
  • Good communication skills
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant UK experience
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Relevant qualification preferred, but not essential
  • Have the right to work in the UK, essential
  • Due to our location you must have your own transport.
