As an SEN Teacher in Poole, you'll play a pivotal role in providing tailored support and guidance to students with Autism. As an SEN Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a passionate team of educators and professionals dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities of the SEN Teacher in Poole:

Designing and delivering individualised lessons and learning activities that cater to the unique needs of students with Autism.
Implementing evidence-based strategies and interventions to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to develop comprehensive support plans and ensure a holistic approach to student well-being.
Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed to promote continuous growth and achievement.
Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and fosters a sense of belonging for all students.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent SEN teaching qualification.
Experience working with students with Autism spectrum disorders or related special educational needs.
Strong understanding of SEN best practices, interventions, and strategies.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
