Insolvency Practitioner

My client provides practical and intelligent Corporate Recovery, Personal Debt and Strategic Business Planning Solutions.
My client is happy for this role to be carried out remotely, however you must be happy to travel to their offices in Norfolk at a minimum of once a month.
Leading and motivating teams (my client team are an experienced group of autonomous professionals, as such minimal management is required, but as senior member of staff you will need to occasionally get involved in offering insight and guidance to those working directly for/with you)
# Taking full responsibility for quality of case progression
# Dealing with contentious creditor claims, antecedent transactions and case matters
# Managing monthly billing projections and reviewing timesheets
# Monitoring the work in progress for each case and costs to budget
# Dealing with the sale of assets and providing instructions to agents and solicitors
