Our client based in Woking is looking for a general handyman / woman to join their team on a permanent basis.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 8.Must be open to doing all kinds of general basic maintenance on office and light industrial units.
Must have a full UK driving licence
Must be local
Undertaking basic electrical work such as changing light bulbs, fixing sockets and switches, and installing electrical appliances.
* Performing 1st and 2nd fix joinery tasks such as fitting doors, windows, and skirting boards.
* Carrying out general maintenance tasks such as repairing broken furniture, fixing locks, and maintaining outdoor spaces.
* Undertaking basic painting and decorating tasks.
* Resolving maintenance issues with the ability to carry out a variety of maintenance-related tasks
