I am recruiting a fantastic opportunity for a Treasury Manager to join this dynamic Group Treasury team in Lancashire. In this crucial role, you will oversee Trade Finance, manage a portfolio of guarantees, letters of credit, bonds, and surety bond issuances, and enhance the controls framework within the Group Treasury function.

Financial Instrument Creation: Oversee the end-to-end process of creating global bank guarantees and bonds for project execution, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Strategic Recommendations: Advise senior management on Treasury strategies, risk management, and capital allocation.
Deal Compliance: Ensure all Treasury transactions adhere to authorization rules and established policies.
Limit Monitoring: Track exposure limits, manage risks, and report breaches promptly.
Counterparty Management: Evaluate counterparties' creditworthiness to minimize risk.
Bank Accounts & Mandates: Maintain and manage bank accounts and dealing mandates, ensuring proper access and permissions.
Contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives in Treasury operations.
Graduate, ideally with an ACT certificate in Treasury FundamentalsMinimum 3 years in Treasury, with a focus on transactional banking, cash management, liquidity, forex, and interest rate risk management.
Experience with UK and European banking regulations is essential.
Proficient in Excel (Lookups, PivotTables), knowledge of TMS systems and SAP is advantageous.
