Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive - Birmingham- Legal 500 Law Firm-2 PQE +- Hybrid
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an 2+PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a recognised Residential Property team based in Central Birmingham .My client is looking for a solicitor or someone with 2+ years post qualification experience who has a solid background in Residential Property matters ,who wishes to make a move into this exciting and continually growing area in a leading multi office law firm.
Manage your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property (registered, unregistered, new builds)
Follow the firm's detailed policies and procedures
Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements
Extensive and sound experience of working in residential conveyancing, including the more complex aspects
Working knowledge of referral arrangements and strong awareness of compliance issues
Experience of building relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals
