Commercial Litigation Solicitor NQ-2PQE

The Role: As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at this firm, you will play a pivotal role in assisting on disputes across a wide range of sectors, including but not limited to energy, technology, engineering, and retail. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with partners and clients to develop strategies for resolving complex disputes.
  • Handling a diverse caseload, including corporate and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, trade and distribution disputes, and project-based disputes.
  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
  • NQ to 2 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
