Our Core Network pillar is made up of our Card Processing and Alternative Payments Processing teams. Together they cover every financial partner Checkout maintains connectivity with (VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, and many many more), and process every one of the millions of transactions Checkout facilitates for their customers. Exposed to the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), you'll work on the specification, design, coding, testing and deployment of various Payments solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate and spirited, lives and breathes Agile and truly believes in participating in total ownership of their product's success. You will love becoming a deep domain expert in our partner's products as much as crafting high performance, high availability realtime transactions systems that operate at massive scales.
Strong experience in designing, testing, implementing and documenting APIs and event based systems using C# programming language
Proven track record of translating business requirements into scalable software systems
Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment workflows
Payments or financial knowledge is a plus, but not a necessity
Be part of, and collaborate with, cross-functional teams including product management, across a large engineering community.
Stay up-to-date, use, and spread knowledge of the latest technologies from AWS and .Net.
Mentor junior team members and assist in their technical development
