The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs. Provide strong leadership and management to the staff team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including CQC/Ofsted requirements.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
* Monitor the quality of care and support provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
* Registered Manager with relevant qualifications and experience in mental health care.
