As a Care Support Worker in the Highlands, youll be part of a dedicated, supportive team in Smithton and Culloden. We provide thorough training and welcome people from all backgrounds. What Your Role Will Involve:

  • Empowering independence: Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and fostering self-confidence.

  • Encouraging self-sufficiency: Help individuals plan and manage their daily lives in their own homes.
