We are now recruiting for a Finance Business Partner - Marketing to join us. Reporting to the Central Business Partner Director, this role will partner with our marketing colleagues, providing them with financial insight and support.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Deep understanding of Gross Brand Contribution by brand and category
  • Value chain analysis from Price to Consumer
  • Price positioning and Price Increase Support
  • Marketing Efficiency provided to complement financials
  • Support portfolio strategy
Engaging People
  • Provide insight for the business, ensuring you embed a financial mind-set in every decision made in the organisation, combining our business drivers with our core finance competencies
Drive Finance efficiencies
  • Drive efficiency through harmonisation and standardisation of core business processes with clear roles and responsibilities
Managing risk
  • Proactively manage business risk both in the short term as well the long term
  • Actively work with mitigations and identifying opportunities through our business as well as financial understanding
Creating business impact
  • Co - Pilot for the business in all our forward looking & performance management processes, adding value that can drive our business forward
Experience and Key Attributes required:
  • Previous experience as a Business Partner or a similar role is desirable
  • Team spirit with an open mind with adaptability for change
  • Embrace cross functional working & one CMBC P&L Mindset
  • Self-motivated & self-sufficient, driving an ownership mind-set
  • Be curious - ask questions, challenge have self-motivation to seek answers
  • Proven track record of building successful relationships with stake holders/ stake holder management (both internal and external where relevant)
