Agronomist (Permanent)

Crop and Harvest Analyst
Permanent, Full time – Pay dependant on experience.
Location – Field and site based at offices in Holbeach and Fosdyke
We are a family-owned 5th generation food and farming business specialising in the growing and packing of potatoes, spinach, kale, leeks and cavolo nero.
Collate, analyse and provide daily, weekly, period reports back to Crop and Harvest teams providing performance insight
Collate and process payroll data to AH Worth payroll department to ensure all data is reported accurately and operatives paid on time
Key areas to cover (but not limited to) plant growth rates, time to harvest, varietal performance, yield analysis, harvest KPIs (automated and manual)
Develop key internal and external business relationships and awareness of wider industry benchmarking, technology and performance
Purchase and monitoring of PPE, knife and bottled water usage
Experience of data handling and analysis
High level of Excel and PowerPoint capability
