Are you a customer service superstar? Do you thrive on resolving complaints and providing top-notch customer experiences? As a Customer Relations expert, you will be responsible for providing exemplary complaint resolution and customer service, ensuring a fair and consistent approach is delivered to our valuable customers.
Acknowledging complaints promptly and keeping customers informed throughout the complaint process
Collaborating closely with our operational teams to ensure effective communication and swift resolution of complaints
Embracing a "right first time" approach, ensuring all points raised in each complaint are addressed to avoid any repeat issues
Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements related to complaint handling, service standards, and customer expectations
Ensuring accurate record-keeping by making comprehensive notes on our CMS system and adding complaints to the designated log
Experience liaising with third parties, such as The Financial Ombudsman Services, with professionalism and diplomacy
Competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000 per year
