An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join an award-winning, rapidly expanding organisation. We are seeking a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, preferably with 2 years PQE or more, to join our litigation department based at our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire. This role would suit an individual who is looking to develop their career within a thriving business and be part of the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage a mixed case load of civil and commercial cases
  • To undertake dispute resolution with a focus on achieving the best results for clients
  • To work with a diverse range of clients and providing effective legal solutions
  • To negotiate settlement on behalf of clients with
  • To draft and review legal documents, including pre-litigation settlement agreements, court pleadings.
  • To attend mediation appointments and court hearings where necessary

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years PQE
  • Commercial experience and awareness
  • Proactive and positive approach to work
  • Attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload from various stakeholders
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £60,000.00 per year
