Job Title: CX Consultant (Fusion Sales / Oracle CX Sales)
Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)
Location: Colchester (Hybrid) or Remote (UK)

Enigen is a leading consultancy in the Oracle technology space, helping our clients digitally transform across a wide range of sectors and sizes of organisation. With over 15 years in the CRM and Customer Experience area, Enigen has since evolved into Oracle Supply Chain Management and Finance delivery.

We are looking for a CX Consultant to join our Commercial Performance Applications team, comprising of Oracle CX Fusion Sales, CPQ, and Subscription Management modules. You will be the domain lead for Fusion Sales functionality on projects as part of stand-alone and wider multi-pillar transformations.

You will be an energetic and outgoing person, passionate about Oracle technology and Sales processes, and keen to develop your career in consulting with a ‘can do’ attitude. Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver requirements gathering workshops and build both Solution and Technical Design Documents.
  • Be an expert in the Oracle Fusion Sales while developing strong knowledge of CPQ and Subscription Management.
  • Scope, estimate, and plan projects with Managing Consultants and Project Managers.
  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle with the Fusion Sales module including analysis & design, build, test, deployment, and hypercare, combining your business knowledge, functional and technical ability.
  • Work with Architects to design integrations and feed into programme solutions.
  • Be a thought leader on the technology supporting Enigen’s Marketing team with insights, blogs, and podcasts.
  • Support and mentor more junior members of the team and aid their development.
  • Specialise and certify on the Oracle applications – Fusion Sales, CPQ, and Subscription Management, and become an industry expert.

The list of key responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake other relevant and appropriate duties as reasonably required. Some travel should be expected as part of this role.

Your experience should include:

  • Understanding of the Oracle suite preferred.
  • 3 or more Fusion Sales implementations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, working with different stakeholder levels.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Knowledge in the following areas would be advantageous but not essential:
    • Oracle Redwood UI.
    • Integrations (both inbound/outbound) with OIC or other middleware.
    • Fusion Sales Territories, Quotas, and Forecasting.
    • Incentive Compensation Management and/or Partner Relationship Management Fusion Service.
