Hub Box is looking for a Glass Collector/Bar Back to join our Hub St Ives (Cornwall) team. Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates. With unrivalled views of St Ives Harbour our guests cruise by for breakfast, lunch, coffee, dinner & late-night drinks. We are open Sun – Thurs: 9am – 10pm, & Fri & Sat: 9am – 12am. As a Glass Collector/Bar Back you will be responsible for keeping the floor clear of empty glasses, maintaining high standards in glasswash &, restocking the bar with glasses, juices, bottled drinks & spirits, along with helping the bar team with anything else they may need throughout the shift. This is an integral role within the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the bar can function at full capacity. It’s not all about experience for us, the right ambition & attitude are more important to us than two decades of experience. If you are hands-on & can deliver in a high-energy premium bar or high-volume, high-end restaurant bar & have a genuine passion for quality & provenance then we want to hear from you.
